The advantages are several:

  1. Fewer “missing data” as the patient can only skip a few questions.
  2. The responses directly into a secure database.
  3. No transfer errors occur, which can occur when replies in paper forms are transferred to the database.

How is this done?


A request is created, which allows a patient to go to a dedicated web-address and answer the questionnaire. *
The login is open (default) for 3 months.
One question concerns “last occasion with arrhythmia”
Description of the arrhythmia (the “palpitations”), several response options are possible.
The first of 9 questions about symptoms
“in connection with your arrhythmia”
The first of 13 questions about the impact on daily life “due to your arrhythmia”
