ASTA questionnaire

ArrhythmiaSpecific questionnaire in Tachycardia and Arrhythmia

ASTA is designed by arrhythmia specialists in close collaboration with patients with atrial fibrillation and other forms of tachyarrhythmia.

The questionnaire focuses on the following “in connection with arrhythmia”:

1. Last tachycardia episode and ongoing medication.
2. How often and for how long does arrhythmia last? – 4 questions
3. Description of palpitations. -7 questions
4. What symptoms does the patient experience?
   (and how intense) – 9 questions
5. Fainting or near fainting – 2 questions
6. How is daily life affected?
   (and how severe) -13 questions
